James Ace brings an impressive hospitality resume to the mix with high-level management experience coming from both NZ and Australia. James thrives on the push for excellence and exemplifies what passion for the industry can achieve.
Bert Haines is a natural leader who loves all aspects of teamwork and understands the pivotal importance this holds in our venues. His passion lies in team development and ensuring that every person that commits to joining Future Hospitality Group leaves better than when they started. No matter the length of service.
Born and bred Kiwi with an intrepid thirst for travel and great cocktails! If you can’t find her up the mountain snowboarding, she is most likely at Margo’s ensuring everyone get’s their Mexican culinary fix.
Camille is a tourism professional from France. She moved to Queenstown 3 years ago to make the most of outdoor activities. On sunny days, Cami loves to take her kayak out on the lake and relax on the beach.
Liam came to Queenstown in 2017 for a quick winter visit and never left. If he’s not camping or riding during his down time, Liam is serving the best drinks in town at Little Blackwood. Maybe helping himself to a negroni or two…
Toby is a high energy individual from the uk who’s been in town for 5 years for a ‘visit’. Worked all around town ’til he found us! When he’s not in his venue, you’ll find him spending time with his mates up the mountain or having a yarn around a campfire.
El Jefe – Head Chef
With almost 20 years experience in the kitchen, Matt learned Mexican cooking from the best. From growing up with strong Latin American roots in Indianapolis before heading to culinary school in Chicago, and cooking widely in Mexico.
Stu came to Queenstown in 2019 for a snowboarding season and never left. After working in bars around the world he settled in at Little Blackwood, Margo’s and now Little Mez, where he shares his passion of and all things tequila and Mezcal. His favourite drink is a Mezcal Tommy’s.
